This policy explains how Maharaja Agrasen Business School (“MABS”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Details you give in our forms: name, mobile number, email, city, entrance exam and preferred visit date.
- How you reached us: campaign tags, the page you came from and the pages where you filled a form.
- Basic technical data needed to keep the site secure. Your IP address is used only to prevent abuse and is not stored with your enquiry.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, send the admission brochure and arrange calls or campus visits.
- To contact you about admissions by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, with your consent.
- To understand which of our channels help applicants, so we can improve them.
Who processes it
Enquiries are stored on this website and in our admissions CRM, Meritto, which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed for the admission cycle and related follow-up, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or erase it. Write to admissions@mabs.ac.in with the subject “Data request”. We respond within the time required by law.
Grievances
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
