Grievance redressal

How students, applicants, faculty and staff can raise a grievance, and who resolves it.

MABS resolves grievances under the AICTE regulations. Applicants and students can raise a grievance about admissions, fees, academics, facilities or conduct; faculty and staff can raise service matters and other concerns.

How to raise a grievance

  1. Write to the Chairperson at director@mabs.ac.in, giving your name, programme or department, and the details of the grievance.
  2. The committee acknowledges your grievance and responds within the time set by the regulations.
  3. If you are not satisfied, you can appeal to AICTE through its online grievance portal.
