An insightful industrial visit to Mother Dairy was organised for the students of the PGDM 2025–27 batch on 9 July 2025.
The visit included a visually rich and engaging presentation that translated complex processes into clear, actionable insights. It was followed by a tour of the ‘machine area’ where actual production takes place. Here students actively took part in the demonstration of the quality check processes. They gained a deeper understanding of the dairy supply chain — from procurement and cold chain logistics to processing, packaging and distribution.
It was heartening to see our students display exemplary curiosity by actively engaging with the facilitators and asking thoughtful questions throughout.
We sincerely thank the Mother Dairy team for their hospitality and knowledge sharing, and look forward to more such industry-academia interactions in the future.
