Maharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS)
By accessing the website, application portal, or by applying/enrolling in any programme offered by Maharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS) (“the Institute”), the applicant/student (“Candidate/Student”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions, which are subject to AICTE, University, and Government of India norms as applicable from time to time.
1. Admission Process & Eligibility
- Admissions shall be conducted in accordance with the norms, guidelines, eligibility criteria, and procedures prescribed by AICTE, the affiliating University, and other statutory/regulatory bodies.
- Fulfilment of minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission.
- Admission is provisional and subject to verification of original documents, eligibility confirmation, and approval by competent authorities.
- The Institute reserves the right to cancel admission if any discrepancy or ineligibility is detected at any stage.
2. Submission & Verification of Documents
- Candidates must submit true, complete, and authentic information in the application form.
- All admissions are subject to verification of certificates, marksheets, identity proofs, and category certificates (if applicable).
- Any falsification, concealment, or misrepresentation shall lead to cancellation of admission without refund, as per AICTE/University rules.
3. Fees, Charges & Refund Policy
- Fee structure shall be as approved/notified by the competent authority and communicated to students at the time of admission.
- Fees must be paid strictly within the prescribed timelines.
- Refund of fees, if applicable, shall be governed by the AICTE Refund of Fees Policy and/or University guidelines prevailing at the time of admission.
- Failure to pay fees within stipulated timelines may result in forfeiture of seat.
4. Academic Regulations & Attendance
- Students shall be governed by the academic regulations, examination rules, grading system, and attendance norms prescribed by the affiliating University/Institute.
- Minimum attendance requirements as notified by the University/AICTE are mandatory for appearing in examinations.
- The Institute reserves the right to revise curriculum, academic schedule, pedagogy, and evaluation methods in compliance with statutory authority directives.
5. Code of Conduct & Discipline
- Students must abide by the Code of Conduct, rules, and disciplinary guidelines issued by the Institute, University, and statutory bodies.
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited as per UGC/AICTE Anti-Ragging Regulations.
- Acts of indiscipline, misconduct, or behavior detrimental to the Institute’s academic environment may invite disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, as per due process.
6. Anti-Ragging Compliance
- Students are required to submit Anti-Ragging Undertakings (student and parent) as mandated by UGC/AICTE.
- Any violation shall be dealt with strictly as per UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging.
7. Placements & Training
- Placement and internship assistance is provided as a facilitative service.
- The Institute does not guarantee placement or specific salary packages, as outcomes depend on student performance, market conditions, and recruiter requirements.
- Students must comply with the Placement Policy of the Institute.
8. Use of Institutional Resources
- All academic content, study material, LMS content, branding, and digital resources are the intellectual property of MABS.
- Unauthorized reproduction, circulation, or misuse is prohibited.
9. Data Protection & Communication
- Student data shall be used strictly for academic, administrative, training, placement, accreditation, and statutory reporting purposes.
- By enrolling, students consent to receive official communication through email, SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, or digital platforms.
- Data handling shall be in compliance with applicable data protection and IT laws of India.
10. Amendments & Institutional Rights
- The Institute reserves the right to amend rules, policies, academic regulations, and fee structures in accordance with directives issued by AICTE, University, or Government authorities.
- Such amendments shall be binding on all students.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The Institute shall not be responsible for any loss arising out of changes in regulatory policies, academic structure, examination schedules, or placement outcomes, as mandated by statutory authorities.
12. Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR, India.
13. Declaration & Acceptance
By submitting the application form, accepting the admission offer, or enrolling in the programme, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above Terms & Conditions and all rules framed by AICTE, University, and the Institute from time to time.
