MABS offers a flagship PGDM program designed to build strong management fundamentals and advanced industry skills. The PGDM program runs across six trimesters, combining core management education with hands-on, industry-aligned learning.

In addition, every student pursuing the PGDM program at MABS earns a minimum of 8 industry certifications, based on their chosen specialization.

Program Structure Overview

Trimesters 1–3
During the first three trimesters, students develop core competencies in finance, marketing, operations, economics, HR, business analytics, and communication. Furthermore, applied learning begins early through industry certifications and technology-focused courses.

Trimesters 4–5
In the fourth and fifth trimesters, students deepen their expertise using contemporary tools such as Power BI, Tableau, cloud computing, and decision sciences. Meanwhile, students complete a Summer Internship Project (SIP) after Trimester 3, which they report in Trimester 4.

Final Trimester
Finally, students complete advanced courses in entrepreneurship, ethics, sustainability, and a comprehensive Capstone Project, allowing them to apply learning to real business challenges.

What is the course fee for the PGDM program at MABS?

The total fee for the PGDM program (2026–2028) is ₹10,90,000, payable in four installments over two years.

To apply for the PGDM program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum 3-year bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks

• Final-year students may apply, provided they submit documents before 31 August 2026

• A valid score in CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, ATMA, or a state-level exam

• Participation in on-campus assessments (Case Analysis, Lecturette, Interview)

Additionally, applicants with work experience or notable achievements may receive extra weightage.

Applicants for the PGDM program at MABS must have a valid score in at least one of the following approved management entrance exams:

• CAT
• XAT
• CMAT
• MAT
• GMAT
• A state-level common entrance exam

First, candidates submit an online application form with a ₹1200 fee.
Next, the admissions team screens applications for eligibility and documents.
After that, shortlisted candidates attend the on-campus assessment process.
Finally, selected candidates receive a Letter of Intent and confirm admission by paying the registration fee.

1. Application Submission: Candidates begin by submitting the online application form along with the application fee of ₹1200. An acknowledgment of the form and payment will be generated immediately.
2. Screening of Applications: After submission, the applications are screened to verify eligibility, qualifying exam scores, and required documents.
3. On-Campus Assessment: Eligible candidates will be invited to participate in an on-campus assessment process, which includes:
   – Case Analysis
   – Lecturette
   – Personal Interview
   
   This assessment evaluates candidates on communication, analytical ability, confidence, and overall suitability for the PGDM program.
4. Final Selection: Based on the performance in the assessments, a final merit list is prepared out of 100 marks. Shortlisted candidates will receive a Letter of Intent by email.
5. Confirmation of Admission: Candidates can confirm their admission only after paying the required registration fee within the specified timeline mentioned in the Letter of Intent.

Yes. MABS conducts multiple rounds of mock interviews and regular GD sessions involving faculty and alumni. These sessions focus on communication skills, analytical thinking, leadership ability, teamwork, and interview performance.

The Summer Internship Program is a key component of experiential learning at MABS. Students complete 8–10 week internships across multiple sectors, with several internships leading to Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) based on performance.

Placement outcomes at MABS span multiple compensation brackets, including premium packages of ₹8 LPA and above, upper-mid packages in the ₹6–7 LPA range, and core recruiter packages of ₹5 LPA and above, depending on role, skills, and performance.
