The PGDM admission process at MABS is a structured and transparent system designed to identify future-ready management professionals. Financial planning remains the responsibility of the applicant, and students are advised to consult their preferred banks for detailed loan terms, required documentation, and approval timelines.

All selected candidates receive a Letter of Intent (LoI) and can confirm their admission by paying the registration fee within the prescribed timeline.

The Financial Aid Process

01. Apply for Aid

Applicants begin by completing the online application form on www.mabs.ac.in and submitting the application fee of ₹1,200. Upon successful submission, an acknowledgement and fee receipt are generated.

02.Screening & Shortlisting

Applications are reviewed based on eligibility criteria, academic background, submitted documents, and entrance exam scores. Eligible candidates are shortlisted for the assessment process.

03. On-Campus Assessment

Shortlisted candidates participate in Case Analysis, Lecturette, and a Personal Interview. Final selection is based on the overall evaluation score, following which a Letter of Intent is issued to selected candidates.

Types of Aid

Scholarships

MABS offers merit-based scholarship opportunities to eligible students as part of its admission process. Scholarships may be awarded based on academic performance, entrance exam scores, work experience, or notable achievements, as evaluated under the institute’s assessment criteria. Education Loans

Students may choose to apply for education loans independently through banks or financial institutions of their choice. Loan approval, terms, and disbursement are governed solely by the respective lending institutions.

Fee Refund Support (as per Withdrawal Policy)

MABS follows a transparent fee refund policy in accordance with AICTE guidelines. Refunds, where applicable, are processed after deductions such as the ₹1,200 processing fee and proportionate tuition or hostel charges, if applicable.
