How do learners successfully complete the program?
Maharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS)
To be awarded the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), students must successfully fulfil all academic, experiential, and institutional requirements as prescribed by MABS and aligned with AICTE guidelines.
1. Programme Duration & Structure

The PGDM programme is structured across 6 trimesters

Includes 1 weeks with Global Immersion exposure

Each trimester builds progressively on core concepts, specialisations, and applied learning
2. Credit Requirements

Minimum Credits Required for Degree Completion: 105 Credits

Credits are earned through:

Specialisation electives

Experiential learning modules

Internship and research components

Students must pass all prescribed courses to qualify for the diploma.
3. Summer Internship Programme (SIP) – Mandatory

Duration: Between Year 1 and Year 2

Credits: 3 Credits

The SIP provides hands-on industry exposure and practical application of classroom learning

Successful completion and evaluation of the SIP is compulsory for degree award
4. Field Research Project (FRP) – Mandatory

Credits: 6 Credits
-
Students undertake an industry-oriented Field Research Project

Focuses on real-world problem solving, data analysis, and strategic recommendations

Evaluation is based on project report and presentation
5. Attendance Requirement

Minimum 80% attendance is mandatory in each course

Students failing to meet attendance requirements may:

Be barred from examinations

Be required to repeat the course or trimester

Attendance norms are strictly enforced to maintain academic discipline and learning outcomes.
6. Global Immersion Programme

Participation in Global Immersion modules across 3 trimesters

7. Academic & Institutional Compliance
To be eligible for the PGDM award, students must:

Clear all academic credits

Complete SIP and Field Research Project

Meet attendance requirements
-
Fulfil all institutional and examination norms
-
Clear any outstanding dues to the institute
Award of Diploma
The PGDM Diploma is awarded only after successful completion of all the above requirements, subject to approval by the Academic Council of MABS.
