Maharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS) is pleased to announce the International Conference on Managing Customer Experience: The Role of AI and Analytics, to be held on 07 -08 August 2024, in Delhi, India. This conference is organized as part of the Silver Jubilee Year celebrations of the esteemed Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society (MATES).

    Academicians: The authors are required to register and pay INR 1000/- (For Indian Authors) or 100 USD (in case of International Authors)

    Corporate Executives: The authors are required to register and pay INR 2000/- (For Indian Authors) or 125 USD (in case of International Authors)

    Students: The authors are required to register and pay INR 500/- (For Indian Authors) or 50 USD (in case of International Authors)

    Call For Papers

    Guidelines for Extended Abstract Submission:

    The ICMCE Committee invites extended abstracts from researchers in management. The committee will follow a review process in which submissions shall be peer-reviewed on the basis of content, context, novelty, and the expected contributions of the research to various stakeholders. Selection of papers for presentation in the conference will be based on extended abstracts. 

    Title: Bold Type 14-points
    Font: Times New Roman Font
    Font size: 12 Points
    Line Spacing: Single Spacing
    Word limit: 1500 Words (including tables, figures and key references)
    Margins: One inch on all four sides
    Personal Particulars: Full Name, Title of Paper, Affiliation (Department and Institute), Email, Telephone, Mobile and Postal Address.

    • The author(s) should clearly mention under what area of interest (Track) of the conference the abstract is to be included.
    • The extended abstracts will be blind reviewed and only those abstracts approved by the reviewer will be selected for presentation.

    The extended abstract should cover:

    • Introduction
    • Review of Literature Theoretical Framework
    • Methodology (Research Questions, Objective and Hypothesis: Sampling/ Materials and other appropriate Research Techniques)
    • Major Findings and Conclusion
    • Expected Contributions
    • References (Follow APA 7 Style)

      Plagiarism Policy

      The ethical committee of ICMCE upholds and advocates for ethical practices in publishing. In order to fulfil this objective, the committee is dedicated to discouraging and proactively dealing with plagiarism and self-plagiarism. The committee employs Turnitin software to scan all conference paper submissions, identifying any occurrences of duplicated or similar text in the submitted manuscripts. The manuscript that exceeds a plagiarism threshold of 10% using Turnitin will not be considered for the peer-review process and may receive a rejection.
