Corporate Resource Center (CRC) plays a vital role in facilitating the placement process for students, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and training to succeed in their chosen fields. CRC serves as a platform for students to interact with industry professionals, gain valuable insights, and organize career fairs and recruitment drives. It provides students with access to industry databases, job portals, and other career-related resources. The CRC also acts as a mentor to students and helps them develop the necessary skills and competencies for a successful career.

Brigadier (Retd.) S.K. Kakar is an experienced professional in the field of management, having served in the Indian Army for 35 years. He currently serves as the Director of the Corporate Resource Center, where he has demonstrated his ability to bring the placement cell to a high level of success over time. His strategic planning skills and out-of-the-box thinking have contributed to the increased visibility and positive growth of the organizations he has been involved with. Additionally, he has established effective networks with potential campus recruiters and contributed towards enhancing the market image of the organizations. Dr. Amit Gautam, is an accomplished leader with a rich background is the Placement Head at both MAITS and MABS. Dr. Gautam has consistently showcased his prowess in overseeing large-scale operations, strategic marketing, product development, sales, and supply chain management. Our placement program prepares students to write effective resumes. They are trained to tailormake resumes for each job that they apply to.
GD Skills
Many companies undergo the process of group discussion to shortlist candidates for placements. The selection criteria in GD can be very competitive. Our regular trainings help the students to lead the GDs and grab the best opportunities.
Aptitude Skills
Many companies use aptitude tests in their selection process. This is done to shortlist the most suitable students for the open opportunities. Our regular aptitude sessions keep the rigor to prepare for these tests.
Public Speaking Skills
Public speaking is crucial for management students as it tests their leadership and mass communication qualities. Our communication training program is designed to help students speak with confidence.
