If you are aspiring for a management career at Maharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS), you should start preparing for the right entrance exams to meet the eligibility criterion for Admission. Here are some important eligibility criterions other than the entrance exam required for admission to MABS.
- You should have attained a minimum of 3 year bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks recognized by the Association of Indian Universities / University Grant Commission as eligible for post graduate studies in Management.
- If you are appearing in the final year of their bachelor’s degree you are also eligible, provided that you complete all formalities of your examinations before the month of September/as per University Date sheet. If you are such a candidate; upon selection, you will be given provisional admission subject to successful passing or completion of the bachelor’s degree examination and submission of required documents in the admissions office. Non-fulfillment of the above condition will result in the cancellation of your provisional admission.
- Additionally, the you should be qualified from any one of the six All India tests, i.e. CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT, GMAT or the common entrance examinations (if any) conducted by the respective State Governments. The validity of such exam is for ONE year only.

What is CAT Exam?
Common Admission Test (CAT) is a mandatory entrance exam for PGDM/ MBA admission in all the 20 IIMs, Maharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS) and hundreds of other top B-schools in India. More than two lakh candidates appear in CAT every year to explore admission opportunity in PGDM/ MBA programmes offered by IIMs and other top PGDM/MBA colleges like Maharaja Agrasen Business School (MABS) in India.

MAT (Management Aptitude Test):
What is MAT?
Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is one of the most popular National level PGDM/ MBA entrance exams in India after CAT. More than 600 MBA/PGDM Colleges accept MAT exam Scores for Admission. MAT is an easier exam and the candidates can apply for one or two MAT exams to improve their score.

- Sections: Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, and Indian and Global Environment

- Exam Frequency: Four times a year (February, May, September, and December)
CMAT (Common Management Admission Test):
What is CMAT?
Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a government organized computer based national level MBA entrance examination for entry into 1000 AICTE approved management programmes (PGDM/ MBA) all over India. Till 2018, CMAT was conducted by AICTE, now the Test is conducted by the National Testing Authority (NTA) constituted by Government of India. More than 70,000 candidates apply for CMAT every year. CMAT offers unique opportunity to all the test takers as none of them is disqualified in its result.
